Retrieving foreign objects from a liquid-filled tank quickly and safely, WSM's Lightweight Underwater Vacuum System will fit the bill. The LUV System's powerful, compact design puts the power of a crane-deployed 250-gallon per minute vacuum unit in a easily deployed handheld package.
Developed and proven at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the LUVS has proven itself as "the perfect retrieval system."

The Arm
The telepresence built into our robotics is a sophisticated Force Feedback System which allows the operator to feel the percentage of what the manipulator is feeling. This is critical in application where high levels of precision are needed such as screwing on a nut or picking up random objects from the bottom of the ocean. This manipulator was designed for exploring the ocean's depths and is employed by the Navy to help support their critical missions. It is a highly dexterous device which was intended to function in harmony with a human's complex anatomy.

MAN-MATE
MAN-MATE takes advantage of this Force Feedback System in order to assist industry in heavy manufacturing. It is able to respond in a similar motion as the operators arm while providing essential feedback on a continuous basis. This allows a human to perform super-human tasks with ease. Hundreds of Man-Mate manipulators are currently in use throughout the US and Europe performing critical casting and forging operations for industry.
